At Orange & Gold we have a culture of continual improvement, but we are human and may make a mistake. Our work is guaranteed to the complete satisfaction of our clients. If you are not completely satisfied with the services performed in any week, and let us know in writing within 14 days of the period end, we will investigate fully concerns so that we may learn any lessons and share them through the business. In addition and without quibble we will at your option, either refund that period's fee or accept a smaller fee that reflects your level of satisfaction.
