With effect from 1st November, a Junior ISA is available to any UK resident child who doesn’t already have a Child Trust Fund, i.e. those born on or after the 3rd of January 2011 or under 18s born before 1st of September 2002. It will mature at age 18 when it automatically becomes an adult ISA
