Warnings given that contractors can lose personal tax allowances

This month we have proactively written to all our Ltd company contractors and advised them about their individual exposure to the new tax rates.

Orange & Gold must be the contractor accountants and umbrella provider with the most industry experienced staff. As of March 2010 all staff in Customer Services, Data Processing, IT, Accounting as well as of course the Directors have been working in contractor support services for at least five years.

We provide to all our accountancy clients FREE insurance cover of up to £75,000 to cover the costs of additional legal, tax and accountancy support in the event of enquiry or investigation, including IR35 investigation.

Overall, it was the regular day to day aspects of the service that were regarded as most important and I think that we have an excellent record in maintaining standards in this area, over a long time.

Concerns become complaints so rarely that I, as managing director, handle these personally and resolve as an immediate priority.
