Step one: sign-up, we’ll help you arrange everything you need, including making sure you and your business are set up in the most tax-efficient way, whether you’re contracting for the first time or have been for some time. If you’re new to contracting or to having a limited company, we’ll handle all the necessary registrations with HMRC and we can help with company formation, insurance and bank accounts. We’ll answer any other questions you have and guide you on how to use our system.

Step two: log in to our secure bespoke portal and input timesheets and expenses once a month, or as often as you wish. Invoice your clients using previously entered information. That’s it. Nothing else for you to do.

Step Three: We handle everything else – payslips, PAYE, dividends, VAT returns, business and personal tax returns, annual accounts and company returns and monitor your portal account for tax risks and opportunities.

Step Four: View an up to date picture of your finances whenever you wish, to see how much expenses and dividends you have available to draw and how much you need to set aside for tax. No need to wait for anything to be processed and no spreadsheets or emails – simply log in and it’s all there!

Step Five: Relax knowing all your company deadlines, filings and paperwork will be sorted, your tax bill is being minimised and you have only a single fixed monthly fee to pay.
